Fresh gluten-free bread made from a mix of corn with quinoa and chia seeds.

Chia & quinoa is a soft bread which is a mixture of maize with quinoa and chia seeds. Both types of seeds are considered superfood and have a beneficial effect on the health of human organism.

Quinoa exceptional features lie in the high share of quality proteins which encompass all essential amino acids. Quinoa contains about 5% fats, does not contain cholesterol and is a fully gluten-free ingredient.

Chia is a significant source of omega-3 fatty acids, rich in dietary fibres, proteins, amino acids and contains an array of micronutrients.

It contains gluten-free maize starch, tapioca starch, chia seeds, quinoa and pumpkin seeds, soya flour and dried sourdough from rice flour as well as starter culture.
