Maize is a type of gluten-free cereal and as such it is ideal for the production of gluten-free bread. Soft bread of rich yellow colour, intensified with added curcuma and sunflower, guarantees fullness of flavour and gives you an experience of home-made bread. Additional benefit that maize bread brings is that it stimulates digestion, influences diseases such as anaemia, bronchitis and diabetes and is the source of vitamins such as B6 and K, contributing to overall health of organism. It contains maize gluten-free starch and maize flour, sunflower seeds, a share of soya, dried sourdough of rice flour as well as starter culture.
