Vital is crisp bread characterized by a mixture of corn taste with sunflower and flax seeds. Both types of seeds have an extremely beneficial effect on the cardiovascular system because they have a great antioxidant and anti-inflammatory potential.
They are rich in minerals such as manganese, calcium, copper, magnesium and phosphorus, and the most represented vitamins are B1 (flax) and E (sunflower). Flax has a notable proportion and composition of omega-3 fatty acids, for which studies have confirmed an exceptional stability at high temperatures (150°C) that lasts up to several hours, and is suitable for consumption in bread without loss of nutrient value.
