How can I tell if a product is still fresh?

Fresh bread is soft on the inside and slightly springy. If it becomes hard or starts to change color, it’s no longer fresh. If you don’t plan to eat the bread right away, slice and freeze it to extend its freshness and shelf life.

Can I freeze the products?

Yes! Our breads and pastries can be frozen to keep them fresh for longer. It’s best to slice the bread and store it in a bag or other sealed packaging. When you’re ready to eat, simply thaw at room temperature or toast briefly, they’ll be tasty and soft again.
