Payment Methods and Options

The customer may pay for the ordered products, including delivery charges, using the following methods:

  • Cash on delivery
  • Credit/debit cards
  • Bank transfer via general payment slip or online banking

After confirming an order via the web shop, the customer will receive payment information (pro forma invoice) by email. The payment deadline is 3 days.

If you choose to pick up products in person at our facility at Konjščinska ulica 2, payment must be made in advance—either by card or bank transfer.

Cash on Delivery

The user pays for the order directly to the delivery service upon receiving the package.

Credit/Debit Cards

  • The credit card will be charged for the total amount as per the confirmed offer.

  • Accepted cards: MasterCard, Maestro, and Visa

  • The card will be charged in the currency stated on the offer/pro forma invoice and final invoice.

  • Your personal data and credit card information are fully protected.

  • Data transmission is secured through a secure server.

  • Refunds to your credit card are processed under the following conditions:

  • A refund request must be submitted within 8 days.

  • Refunds will be processed to the same credit card used for the purchase.

  • If the card cannot be charged, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

The company is subject to VAT, which is included in the product price at 5% or 25%, depending on the product type.
